Our Refund Policy
At Serevina, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our skirts, denim shorts, and tops. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
- The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase) or on any worn, washed, or damaged garments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing tags for reasons not due to our error.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
