Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's system after the shipping label is created.

  4. You can also download their mobile app for tracking on the go.

What Your Order Status Means

  • Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. The tracking number is active.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the provided address.
